Early November Snow & Arctic Air is Forecast for Lower Mainland

Vancouver, BC (WNews)- Don’t get spook out by the forecast as Snow is forecast for Next Weekend for some parts of Lower Mainland.

As Vancouver area thinks about Halloween, there’s a bigger possible scared coming after Halloween as Snow is forecast for Vancouver Area.

  • Temperatures is expected to drop suddenly after November 1 across the Province
  • Drivers are recommended to get prepared for sudden change in conditions.
  • First Arctic Air of the season

According to Environment Canada, the first Arctic Air is expected to flow down and cover the Province Of BC with temperatures at least below 0 degrees.

According to the Weather Channel Forecast, Snow is forecast for Abbotsford next Friday with temperatures around the freezing mark.

According to the Forecast, the temperature is expected to drop suddenly after Wednesday by 4 to 5 degrees with possibility of the white stuff in the Valley on Friday. Some models are showing snow for Sunday also.

Vancouver is expected to have mostly rain throughout out next week and the beginning of November. The temperature is expected to be in the high single digits for the beginning of the new month with temperatures dropping into the first weekend of November. The forecast is early on and is expected to change throughout the early part of next week. But at least Halloween is going to be sunny.

Driver are remained to drive for the conditions as sudden weather changes can make the roads dangerous to drive. So slow down and be ready for sudden changes. Environment Canada recommended that you get your winter tires put on as soon as you can.
