“This photo has been in my scrapbook for ever, and ever and ever — but it wasn’t until 10 or 15 years ago when I saw it and said, ‘Oh, look! The Normandy is in the background!” Robyn Roth-Moise, 64, of the Upper East Side, told the Daily News, noting her father, an architect whose eye was fixed on his college sweetheart and their young daughter, couldn’t remember if he had even noticed the edifice.
