SEE IT: Cops release video showing the moment someone on Roosevelt Island opens fire on luxury Upper East Side apartment building

Police on Wednesday released a 50-second black-and-white video showing a silhouetted figure shooting across the water, the gun’s muzzle flashing several times at 1 a.m. Saturday. The video then cuts to a man and woman walking along a path by a playground.
