The fallout from rape and sexual-misconduct allegations against David Meinert continues this week. On Monday, a spokesperson for Gov. Jay Inslee confirmed that Inslee is donating the money that the Seattle nightlife impresario gave his campaign to Planned Parenthood. Meinert donated $1,500 to the Inslee campaign between 2013 and 2016.

Inslee’s move follows King County Executive Dow Constantine’s decision last week to either return or donate the $5,161.46 in campaign donations he received from Meinert, who owns the 5 Point Cafe
