Khleo Finnie, a 23-year-old transgender man, and his 22-year-old girlfriend were on the Bronx-bound train around 2 a.m. when the ex-con — identified by sources as 54-year-old Troy Tyrell — approached the 4-foot-8, 80-pound Finnie and asked why he was “dressed like a boy,” said police sources.
