SEE IT: Motorcycle-riding duo rips chain from woman’s neck in Manhattan

The 73-year-old girl was crossing W. 190th St. in St. Nicholas Ave. at Washington Heights at approximately 1:05 p.m. Saturday when the driver slowed down to allow his passenger yank on the series from the girl’s throat, authorities said.
