Oakland police said that they arrested one of their officers Monday.  Police did not provide the name of the officer but said the officer was arrested on suspicion of making annoying and harassing phone calls, criminal threats and stalking. The arrest Monday was related to a relationship the officer once had with another city employee, according to police.
