'It's a joke': Burnaby residents scoff at Kinder Morgan first-aid kits

Some Burnaby, B.C., residents are calling a free first-aid kit distributed by Kinder Morgan to thousands of people insulting.

“It’s a joke,” said resident Elan Gibson.
