Upgraded Sea-to-Sky Highway improved safety but brought ‘big city problems’ says mayor

Before the 2010 Winter Olympics, the $600-million upgrade to the Sea-to-Sky Highway was a lightning rod for protest. Ten years after the Games, the project improved safety but also changed living and commuting in the region.
