Cops charge boyfriend with murder of Staten Island woman whose throat was slit

Milton Bolton, 39, was taken into custody for questioning after he showed up at Richmond University Medical Center shortly after his girlfriend Natasha Colon was rushed there Tuesday night with a cut throat.
