Long Island crew ran $2.1 million ‘anchor baby’ Medicaid fraud that also charged Turkish women to have American-born babies

Six Long Islanders racked up millions of dollars by charging hundreds of Turkish women to come to New York and have their babies in “birth houses” so that the babies would get birthright citizenship, the feds said Wednesday.
