‘Everybody was out there acting crazy’: NYC man blinded in one eye after brutal Halloween beatdown has no idea why he was targeted

The Bedford-Stuyvesant man said he was minding his own business as he walked down Mother Gaston Blvd. near Broadway on Oct. 31 when nearly a dozen people suddenly began chasing him.
