Police arrest tracksuit-wearing panhandler who beat and shoved man onto NYC subway tracks

The 36-year-old victim was waiting for a train at the 42nd St.-Bryant Park station around 6:50 p.m. Wednesday when suspect Justin Pena approached and asked, “Do you have any money?” cops said.
