Cop car in Queens fender bender apparently had its brake line cut: sources

Cops learned about the cut line on Tuesday, nearly two weeks after an Oct. 7 crash — when two officers assigned to Transit District 20 rear-ended a car at a red light at Queens Blvd. and Union Turnpike.
