Snow falls on mountain passes and ski resorts, breaks record and closes schools in Spokane

An upper-level, low-pressure system moved through the region on Tuesday, bringing snow to mountain passes before moving on to the eastern part of the state. Spokane got a record-breaking snowfall that caused power outages and Wednesday school closures.
