Sales slow for pricey homes in the Seattle area, but modestly priced houses are still hot

Seattle home prices dipped 3.2% from last year in September, for a median of $750,000. Across King County, prices remained nearly flat at $660,000, a 1.2% decrease from this time last year and down 6% from the seasonal peak in May.
