Bullet narrowly misses 13-year-old boy in lower Manhattan NYCHA apartment

The bullet was fired outside the Jacob Riis Houses at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday and went through an apartment window, a curtain, a wall and into the boy’s room, said police sources.
