Cops make arrest in four-month-old Bklyn gang homicide: officials

Nysaiah Luster was nabbed four months after he allegedly gunned down James Suggs inside his building at 191 Sands St., part of the Farragut Houses near the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge, on Feb. 24., officials said.
