Shootout erupts between gunman on bike and off-duty Bronx cop, nobody struck

The officer had just gotten out of his car on Bryant Ave. and was walking toward Jennings St. in Foxhurst when he got into an argument with a group of young men, some riding bikes, about 1 a.m., officials said.
