Seattle Art Museum isn’t dissolving, despite a fake news release — with a point to make — imagining so

A fake news release purportedly from the Seattle Art Museum went out Monday declaring that the museum would dissolve by 2022, transferring all assets to a coalition of local BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) art organizations.
