Teen charged with trying to set NYPD car ablaze in Midtown with fiery glove

Victor Sanchez-Santa, 19, allegedly left a burning cloth glove underneath an NYPD vehicle around 1:30 a.m. June 9 before returning to his car and fleeing the scene, Manhattan federal prosecutors said.
