Doctor’s life and career ruined by bogus arrest — and by burns he suffered from Rikers guards’ horrific mistreatment, lawsuit says

The charges against Williamsburg neurologist Itay Keshet were dropped for lack of evidence. But his experience getting arrested, then burned and pepper sprayed by Rikers Island corrections officers was traumatic and destroyed his career, the doctor told the Daily News.
