'Foster Grandparent' retires at age 96

Evelyn Schmidt started with the Foster Grandparent Program in Charles City, in 1990, and began at St. John Christian Preschool immediately after. According to a press release, even at age 96, after 30 years of service, she was still playing with kids at the preschool.
