Police responding to gunfire at Brooklyn housing project shoot and kill man

Officers responding to a call of shots fired at Rochester Ave and Dean St. in Crown Heights saw a wounded woman crawling toward them just after 9:15 p.m., and a gunman hiding behind the fence near the Kingsborough Houses, an NYPD spokesman said.
