Brooklyn man who downloaded child porn worked at two NYC public schools: feds

“The fact that the defendant started downloading child pornography around the same that he began working at public schools around pre-pubescent children is probative of the defendant’s intent, knowledge and lack of mistake in possessing the hard drive that contains the child pornography files,” wrote Assistant U.S. Attorney Genny Ngai.
