70% of NYC subway stations now have security cameras; MTA says criminals should be on notice

MTA spokesman Aaron Donovan said cameras located at the turnstiles at the 59th St. station on the Nos. 4, 5 and 6 ought to help police catch the criminals who slashed, beat and robbed the man. Those cameras were installed in the fall of 2019, Donovan said.
