Cops seek man accused of preying on three young girls in Brooklyn

Police said Rodriguez targeted the first victim just before 7:40 a.m. May 24, near Osborn St. and Pitkin Ave. in Brownsville. He asked the 13-year-old victim to take a picture of him with his dog, then led the girl into an apartment building, where he fondled her, cops said.
