NYPD seeking two men in connection with Harlem double murder

The two men, one of whom was wearing a face mask, were seen near the Frederick Douglass Houses on Amsterdam Ave. at W. 106th St., where two people were stabbed to death in a third-floor hallway Thursday evening.
