CHINATOWN, Manhattan (WABC) — Two friends are embarking on a 50-mile journey through New York City – and it is all to raise awareness for the Asian American community after a rash of hate crimes.
They are also raising money on a GoFundMe page to honor a late journalist who dedicated his life to improving the lives of others.
Kai Ng and Leland Yu share many bonds – they were both raised in Chinatown. Now they have a love of running.
