GRIDLOCK SAM: City drivers raring to go — into upstate areas re-opened in New York’s Phase 1

More NYC businesses are getting closer to opening, aka “Phase 1”, which will happen soon (exact date TBD), so count on traffic to continue to creep up. Our surrounding counties have partially opened up so we are seeing stir-crazy city dwellers in large numbers heading out to the region’s parks and there’ not enough room for all the drivers.
