Homeless man attacks vagrant with stick in clash over sidewalk sleeping space in Midtown Manhattan

The victim was sleeping on the sidewalk on E. 33rd St. near First Ave. when his attacker showed up demanding his rug back about 1:10 a.m. May 17 , officials said.
