Pair of veteran graffiti artists arrested at Bronx train yards, one with spray paint still on his hands

Vernon Beltran, also known by his tag name, OVIE, and Stanley Carson, known as SERGE, were caught at the MTA Westchester Yard and Maintenance Facility around 1:30 a.m. after sneaking in to created graffiti with a group of friends, the sources allege.
