U.S. attorney urges Washington to fix ‘vulnerabilities’ that may have made state the top target for unemployment benefits theft

Federal attorney is concerned that security measures at the Employment Security Department as well as at the state’s centralized authentication system were inadequate to withstand attacks by identity thieves.
