Hateful Brooklyn slasher pleads guilty to assaulting man and his transgender partner, faces three years in prison

Emmanuel Dash, 34, was booked in August 2019 for the hateful crime, during which he screamed “I’m trying to stab your f—-t ass!” at the duo, and swung a blade at Diamond Lopez and boyfriend Neil Ramin, who suffered a six-inch gash as the couple ran to their Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment.
