Longtime Kittitas County pastor who died of COVID-19 complications was a friend to many with a ‘wicked sense of humor’

The Rev. Dr. Andrea Bowman was an educator, a school board member, a woman of God, a friend and colleague and much, much more. On Palm Sunday, she became the first Kittitas County resident to die from complications related to COVID-19.
