No-knock drug raids in Queens were at the right locations: NYPD brass

That location, an apartment on Dix Ave. in Far Rockaway, was hit in December 2017. A family of six who lived there said police were mistaken and planted a vial of cocaine so they could charge the father, Isaac Okoli, then 58, to make the raid look successful. The charges were dropped before arraignment and the family is suing.
