Two injured, one critically, as SUV strikes Long Island ambulance on emergency call

The 33-year-old Mercedes Benz SUV driver was traveling west on Old Country Road and collided with the ambulance while trying to make a left turn onto Zeckendorf Blvd. in Carle Place around 1:50 p.m. Friday.
