Off-duty NYPD cop caught with kiddie porn on his phone

Mitchell Emile, 28, was arrested Friday after an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation led to the discovery of two videos on the Brooklyn cop’s cellphone depicting young boys in sexual situations, authorities said.
