Three-time parolee shot dead on Brooklyn street, police suspect drugs as motive

Eion Thom, 41, was shot in the back during a confrontation with his killer just after 4 p.m. Thursday on Albemarle Road near Flatbush Ave. in Flatbush, cops said.
