Man shot dead in stairwell of NYCHA building in Bronx

The victim, 28, was shot in the head by someone who chased him into a second floor stairwell in the Claremont Consolidation houses on Washington Ave. near E. 167th St. in Morrisiana about 4:05 p.m., police and sources said.
