13-year-old Brooklyn girl busted for spitting and tossing trash at man, attacking NYPD cop

The man was arguing with three girls — the oldest just 13 years old — at an apartment building on Broadway near Gerry St. in Williamsburg around 7:15 p.m. Thursday when the oldest girl spat and tossed garbage at him, cops said.
