White professor earning less than Black colleagues at New Jersey college: lawsuit

William Lavell, 66, who has taught at Camden County College since 1995, currently earns $91,923 — a fraction of the salaries of two Black professors, according to the suit filed against the school last week in Camden, N.J. federal court.
