Staten Island double murder suspect has conviction thrown out on technicality

Ricky Dennis, 36, who was found guilty at trial and sentenced to life in prison for killing his boss and another man in a loan office in Dongan Hills in 2017, will have to be tried again in Staten Island Supreme Court after the ruling.
