Brother of Kimani Gray, who was shot dead by NYPD, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in gang-related case

The brother of a Brooklyn teenager shot and killed by NYPD officers in 2013 pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit murder in a gang case, the Daily News has learned.
