MTA to reverse NYC subway service cuts after bitter fight over ‘rightsizing’

“We’re going to make sure all our C and F riders are getting as much service as we can,” interim NYC Transit president Sarah Feinberg said during a panel with the Citizens Budget Commission Tuesday. “The F will come back first and the C afterwards.”
