Wife killer Rod Covlin appeals conviction, says NYC prosecutor showed altered image to jurors

Roderick Covlin is asking the Appellate Division, First Department to throw out his murder conviction based on allegations the lead prosecutor at trial, Assistant DA Matthew Bogdanos, deceived jurors and went rogue in his closing arguments.
