‘I heard three shots’: Brooklyn mom watched helplessly as her son was fatally shot outside her window

Brentley Morgan, 31, was shot repeatedly in his parked Nissan on Milford St. near Dumont Ave. in East New York just before 1 p.m., and his mother, Desiree McFarlane believes the shooter was a relative of a problematic neighbor.
