Teen driver clocks up to 148 mph in high speed chase through New York, slapped with 43 violations

A state trooper initially spotted the 18-year-old motorist weaving in and out of traffic on State Route 17 in Goshen, N.Y. on Sunday morning, going 117-miles-per-hour in a 65 miles-per-hour zone, New York state police said.
