‘Safety first’: Brooklyn judge tosses a case after lawyer says he can’t wear face mask in court

A Brooklyn judge dismissed an entire lawsuit that was about to go to trial after one of the lawyers on the case said he would be unable to proceed while wearing a facemark, the Daily News has learned.
