Feds charge MS-13 associate who flashed gang signs over dead boy’s body with murder

Oscar Flores-Mejia, 21, was arrested in February and has been held in pre-trial detention since then for allegedly murdering Andy Peralta, who was murdered on April 23, 2018 because members of MS-13 mistakenly believed he was part of a rival gang, the 18th Street Gang, due to a tattoo of a crown on his chest, prosecutors said.
